Services
We issue refunds for works within 7 days of the sending of the materials if we receive a complaint, in written, stating that the materials are not drafted or services concluded as agreed in the services agreement signed between us.
You should also add, to the above communication, under penalty of perjury, that you will not use, facilitate the use or/and dispose of the materials to any third party and that you have destroyed such materials.

SOCIAL CAUSE
Brazil is a country where there is a tremendous difference between rich and poor people. This social difference motivated by financial power that raises great dificulties to access Justice.
There is a common understanding that Brazil is a place where impunity is a common word.
Poor people do not have the necessary financial resources to pay for a lawyer to protect their interests. Public Defense has dozens of thousands of legal cases to handle and the civil cases took an eterny to be resolved and criminal cases are almost of them prescribed due to inaction.
We understand this reality because we deal every time with these situations.
Because of this, we decided to launch a crowdfunding platform in which people needing Justice can present their cases and Lawyers assume their defenses.
The funding will come from donations by the general public in the sense that solidarity is a must and donate feels good.
We apply for the one of the most important human sentiments and we feel that we can help those who are suffering because they cannot be protected in their rights.
We, as Lawyers, know quite well the efforts we make to defend others rights when clients can pay our legal fees. Imagine for those who cannot pay.
Our aim is to bring Justice for All and this way we are doing our part to a better world.
